CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 106/13 dated 25/09/2013 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 25/09/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Pandar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 800 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Jai Ram S/O Sh. Narpat Ram R/O Vill. Gahar PO & Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP). SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER GAMBLING ACT

2. Case FIR No. 107/13 dated 25/09/13 U/S 13 of Gambling Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 25/09/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials in Gohar bazaar and during the course of patrolling he nabbed four persons who were gambling at public place  and also recovered cash of worth Rs. 4296/- from their possession. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3. Case FIR No. 210/13 dated 25/09/13 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 25/09/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dehar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML country liquor and 2250 ML English Wine from the possession of Rattan Lal @ Suresh S/O Sh. Surjan R/O Bhantrehar PO Baroti Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Joginder Singh I. O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 147/13 dated 26/09/13 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Hukam Chand S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Vill. Khaniyari PO Seribanglo Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that he parked his vehicle at Churidhar, in the mean time driver of tipper (HP65-0669) came very rashly and negligently and struck his parked vehicle. ASI Sohan Lal I. O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING & FORGERY

5. Case FIR No. 231/13 dated 25/09/13 U/S 420,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ram Chander Sharma, Regional Manager Shivansh Motors, Gutkar Mandi that Jubin Ansari S/O Sh. Abdul Rahman purchased a Verna car from his showroom after producing a fake D. O. letter purported to be issued from SBI Nerchowk. SHO P. S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

6. Case FIR No. 232/13 dated 25/09/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Monika Devi W/O Sh. Rakesh Kumar R/O Vill. Bushehar PO Ratti District Mandi (HP) that on 25/09/13 she along with her father-in-law were beaten by her husband and mother-in-law. SI Om Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

7. Case FIR No. 238/13 dated 25/09/13 U/S 498A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the written complaint of Smt. Kiran Verma W/O Sh. Vishal R/O VPO Basantpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that her husband Vishal, mother-in-law Rumla Devi were harassed her and also demanded valuable property from her. On 25/09/13 her husband beat her up. ASI Hari Singh I. O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER EXCISE ACT

8. Case FIR No. 239/13 dated 25/09/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Rattan Chand I.O. of SIU Mandi that on 25/09/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Chandesh and during the course of patrolling he recovered 18000 ML country liquor from the possession of Shyam Dev S/O Sh. Manohar Lal R/O VPO Chandesh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Rattan Lal I. O. of SIU Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ACCIDENT

9. Case FIR No. 81/13 dated 25/09/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Hardev VPO Nagwain Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/09/13 he along with Mohit Kumar S/O Sh. Shyam Lal VPO Nagwain went to Jhir by a M/Cycle (HP34B-5250) and when they reached near Jogni Mata temple, Mohit Kumar lost control over his M/Cycle and it fell down on the road and they sustained injuries. HC Krishan Chand No. 3 I. O. of Highway Patrol is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

10. Case FIR No. 148/13 dated 26/09/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Ravan Chand R/O Paniru PO Bagh Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/09/13 Sudesh Kumar, Bachan Singh and Ashwani Kumar were working at Vill. Stain, in the mean time Jagdish Chand came there,  obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I. O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.  

CHALLAN

11.   53 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine Rs. 900 was recovered during last 24 hours.
