CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND MISCHIEF

1.      Case FIR No. 50/13 dated 27/02/13 U/S 451,323,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sameer Khana S/O Sh. Subhash Kumar R/O VPO Bhota Tehsil Bhota Distt. Hamirpur (HP) at present HOD Electronics and Communication Engineering Dreams College Khilra that on 26/02/13 at about 02.30 PM he was taking the class, in the mean time a student namely Karan Kumar cried loudly in the gallery and he came out from the class room and brought him to the office of the Principal for his said misconduct. On 27/02/13 Karan along with his friends Vijay Kumar, Kushum and Ram came in the campus of the college and beat him up. HC Lalit Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

2.      Case FIR No. 51/13 dated 28/02/13 U/S 379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Madan Lal S/O Sh. Khayali Ram R/O Dayol PO Baijnath Distt. Kangra (HP) that on 26/02/13 he was grazing his sheep at Slapper, in the mean time two persons came on M/Cycle (HP33A-6943) and asked him to sell  a lamb. On this he told to them that lambs are not here and they were at his "Dera". On evening when he came back to his Dera, he found two lambs were missing from there and he suspects that his missing lambs were stolen by these two persons who were came on above mentioned M/Cycle and  asked him about selling of lambs. Approximately cost of both stolen lambs are about 12,000/-. ASI Brij Lal I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 62/13 dated 27/02/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jajar Kukain along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 45,000 ML English wine from the possession of Pradeep Kumar S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Vill. Jajar Kukain PO Dev Brarta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

4.      Case FIR No. 62/13 dated 27/02/13 U/S  379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sumit S/O Sh. Karam Chand R/O VPO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/02/13 at about 06.30 PM he parked his scooter (HP33-5002) having model 1999 nearby his house on the road side and on 27/02/13 at about 8 AM he did not found his scooter at the place of parking.   ASI Ajeet Singh I/C P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5.      28 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 2400/-  was recovered under M.V. Act only    during last 24 hours.
