CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 35/13 dated 11/02/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Meera Devi W/O Sh. Binu Ram R/O Vill. Nalwari PO Galma Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 08.30 AM her daughter-in-law Drumati Devi and son Dinesh Kumar beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Karam Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 38/13 dated 10/02/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Rajmal Singh No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 10/02/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2750 ML illicit liquor from the possession of a person resident of Sanyardi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Rajmal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.     Case FIR No. 39/13 dated 10/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Nizamuddin S/O Sh. Mohammad Sharif R/O Takia PO Behada Tehsil Nanpara Distt. Behraich (UP) that on 10/02/13 at about 08.15 PM he was going to his quarter, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP20-6391) came very rashly   and hit his rehari from back side. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O. of P.S. Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

4.     Case FIR No. 40/13 dated 11/02/13 U/S 454,457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Munish Malhotra S/O Late Sh. Bhoop Chand Malhotra H. No. 286/21 Khalyar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown culprits stole away cash of worth Rs. 30,000/- and a Swish ladies watch having approximately cost of Rs. 5000/-. Total approximately cost of stolen property is about Rs. 35,000/-. HC Bhup Singh No. 870 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, OBSTRUCTING WAY AMD INTIMIDATION

5.     Case FIR No. 8/13 dated 11/02/13 U/S 451,323,341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Bhimi Devi W/O Sh. Kuram Dev R/O Sanglahar PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 04/02/13 her father-in-law Thakru Ram entered in her courtyard and beat her up and on 10/02/13 at about 09.30 AM her father-in-law Thakru Ra, mother-in-law Kala Devi and brother-in-law Raju obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Raj Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6.     67 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8100/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 6  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
