CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 26/13 dated 04/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Naveen Gupta W/O Sh. Pradeep Gupta R/O H. No. 271/09 Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today she was travelling along with other passengers by a bus (HP31-4785) of Kunhalya Travelers and when said bus reached at Bhour, driver of above bus overtake very rashly & negligently another bus and fell down on the road. In this incident 18 persons sustained injuries. ASI Shanti Swaroop Singh I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS

2.      Case FIR No. 38/13 dated 03/02/13 U/S 448,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Pal R/O village Karni PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat at present Pradhan of Truck Union Bhambla that on 03/02/13 four persons entered in the Union office and captured the union office.  HC Chaman Lal No. 28 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 39/13 dated 03/02/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Keshav Singh R/O Vill. Thana PO Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/02/13 he was going to his home and on the way four persons obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tej Singh No. 55 I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 28/13 dated 04/02/13 U/S 447, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Meena Devi W/O Sh. Ghanshyam Singh R/O Parwar PO Tarnoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that one person of the same locality along with her family members encroached the land of the complainant situated in khasra No. 513. HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

5.      71 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,900/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 9 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1700/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
