CASE OF NDPS ACT

1        Case FIR No.  18/13 dated  13/02/13  U/S  20 of  ND&PS Act has been reigistered in P.S.  Gohar by PSI Nirmal Singh  that on 13/02/13  at about 9:15 PM  when he laid a Naka  along with police officials at  Lehgala  then during the course of patrolling he recovered  700 gms.  Cannabis  from the possession of  Nirmal Singh S/O Sh. Kamal Dev  R/O  Ghat P.O. Cheuni Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi and  800 gms. Cannabis recovred from the possession of  Dhan Dev S/O Puran Chand  R/O Ghiyar P.O. Cheuni Tehsil Thunag from their bags. Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by Prob SI  Nirmal Singh I/O of  of PS Gohar .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT 

2        Case FIR No. 37/13 dated  13/02/13 U/S  341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. balh  on the ccomplaint of Sh. Rattan  Lal  R/O  Chatrour P.O. Sakroha Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  that  Thaliya Ram  S/O Late Sh. Tej Singh R/O Chatrour P.O. Sakroha  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up .  HC Sarwan Kumar I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3        Case FIR No. 38/13  dated 13/02/13  U/S  341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Thaliya Ram  S/O  Late Sh. Tej Singh R/O Chatrour P.O. Sakroha  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that  Rattan  Lal R/O Chatrour P.O. Sakroha   Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up.Prob SI Manish I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND THEFT

4        Case FIR No.  22/13 dated 13/02/13 U/S 447, 379 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  on the complaint of Sh.  Narayan Singh S/O Sh. Posu Ram  Vill. Sini  P.O. Churag  Tehsil karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 8/2/13 and 12/2/13 some unknown culprits  has been  stolen away the  plants from his garden having cost at about Rs. 875. . HC Ranjeet Singh  No. 71I/O of P.S. karsog is investigating the case

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5        Case FIR No. 29/13 dated 13/02/13 U/S 61  of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar   by  HC  Rajmal   No. 875 that when said HC was on patrolling along with police officials  at Ghatshani then during the course of patrolling he recovered  500ml English Wine , 375 ml Country liquor, and 5850 ml Beer from the possession of Pyar Chand S/O Sh. Katku Ram R/O Vill. Thod Galu P.O. Chukku Tehsil Padhar  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) from his shop  HC  Rajmal  No. 875 I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCCIDENT

6        Case FIR No. 43/13 dated 13/02/13  U/S  279,337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the  complaint of Sh.  Gopal Singh  S/O Late Sh.  Nokhu Ram  V.P.O. Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  that on 13/02/13 at about 2:40 Pm when he was present in his shop at Pandoh, in mean time a alto car No. HP34C-7272 came very rashly and negligently  towards Mandi side  and hit  Gurdev Sharma  VPO Nagdhar who was standing outside the road.  HC Chaman Lal no. 909 I/O of highway traffic  Sadar  Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

80 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 9100-/- was recovered  under MV Act and12 challan were issued and fine of Rs.1800 -/- recovered under COTPA  during last 24 hours.
