CASE OF NDPS ACT

 

1.     Case FIR No. 19/13 dated 11/02/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut that on 11/02/13 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Jhaogi and during the course of nakka he recovered 312 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Satyawan R/O Vishva Karma Basti Gali No. 8 Tehsil Modinagar Distt. Gaziabad (UP) at present resident of Ashok Mohalla Gali No. 1 Nagoli  PO Nagoli Punajbi Bag  Delhi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

2.     Case FIR No. 26/13 dated 12/02/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Dole Ram No. 869 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials and he recovered 900 ML country liquor from the possession of Ajeet Singh Mahant S/O Sh. Kala Ram R/O VPO Mohanghati Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Dole Ram No. 869 I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

3.     Case FIR No. 9/13 dated 11/02/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered  750 ML country liquor and 1000 ML English wine from the possession of Govind Ram R/O Vill. Chukku Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

4.     Case FIR No. 36/13 dated 11/02/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Roop Lal S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Vill. Ginurya PO Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Chanda, Guddu, Teju and Ramesh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

         

5.     Case FIR No. 46/13 dated 11/02/13 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Gopal Singh S/O Sh. Sawaru Ram R/O Vill. Kalag PO Lagdhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/02/13 at about 08.45 PM Surajmani obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Mohinder Pal I/C P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

 

CASE UNDER PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT

         

6.     Case FIR No. 47/13 dated 12/02/13 U/S 11 of Prevention of cruelty to Animal Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Singh S/O Sh. Chint am R/O Vill. Bahi PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/02/13 Kalu Ram S/O Sh. Abdul R/O Batail was carrying buffaloes in his truck in  brutally condition. HC Hem Chand I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

7.     95 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,100/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 20  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 2000/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
