CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 22/13 dated 26/02/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 26/02/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Leh Gala and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1 KG 360 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Nand Lal S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Bohlidhar PO Shillibagi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 35/13 dated 27/02/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Karan Singh I/C P.P. Ladbharol that on 26/02/13 at about 06.30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Golwan and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML country liquor from the possession of Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Rajmal R/O VPO Golwan Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Karan Singh I/C P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

3.      Case FIR No. 60/11 dated 08/04/11 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Balbir Singh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ratti bridge and during the course of patrolling he found that Kishan Chand S/O Sh. Hirda Ram VPO Sakroha Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi has obstructed the road by installing his rehari on the road which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. HC Balbir Singh No. 23 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 47/13 dated 26/02/13 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Bhutto Devi W/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Vill. Mukadwani PO Silhi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/02/13 at about 06.30 PM Rani W/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Vill. Laswani  entered in her courtyard and beat her up. ASI Ram Swaroop I/C P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 48/13 dated 26/02/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Brij Lal I/C P.P. Slapper that on 26/02/13 at about 05.45 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Soul and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6000 ML country liquor from the possession of Thakur Dass S/O Sh. Chint Ram R/O Vill. Dharli PO Seri Kothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Brij Lal I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No. 49/13 dated 27/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Slapper by HC Shanta Kumar No. 56 I.O. of P.P. Slapper that on 26/02/13 a scooter rider (HP24A-2358) met with an accident at Mahu Nullah due to rash and negligent riding by Abinash Kumar R/O Slapper Colony Tehsil Sundernagar and he sustained injuries. HC Shanta Kumar No. 56 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7.      Case FIR No. 59/13 dated 26/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Baldev Singh S/O Sh. Jethu Ram R/O VPO Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/02/13 at about 06.10 PM he along with his wife were coming from Pairi side towards Mandi by scooter (HP33-0335) and when they reached near Behal, a naino car came from opposite side very rashly and hit his scooter and sped away from the spot and he along with his wife sustained injuries. ASI Shesh Ram I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

8.      Case FIR No. 60/13 dated 27/02/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Sarita Handa W/O Late Sh. Yadvinder Handa House No. 109/8 Darmyana Mohalla Mandi that on 26/02/13 at about 10 PM she was going to her house and when she reached near Bhootnath temple, Kamajeet W/O Sh. Raj Pal and her daughters Sarvjeet, Dimple, Billoo and her son Happy obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

9.      Case FIR No. 61/13 dated 27/02/13 U/S 451,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Shivangi Sharma D/O Sh. Shailesh Sharma Skin Specialist in Harihar Hospital Mandi that today at about 10.20 AM, Harish Thakur and his wife Bandna Thakur, owner of her rented house came in her rented house and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Dalip Kumar No. 890 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

10. 37 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6100/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 12 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.1200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
