CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 10/13 dated 15/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Bhagat Singh S/O Sh. Bhuri Singh R/O Vill. Chatarhal PO Gawali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/02/13 Pune Ram S/O Sh. Mohan Singh VPO Gawali Tehsil Padhar parked his auto (HP33A(T)9409) on the wrong side at Padhar bazaar, in the mean time a M/Cycle (PB10CC5535) came very rashly and struck with above auto and M/Cycle rider along with both pillion riders sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 40/13 dated 15/02/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Negi S/O Sh. Dila Ram R/O Vill. Chatrour PO Gagal Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/02/13 he was going to Sakroha by his car (HP33B-2117) and when he reached at Dilu Chowk, in the mean time an auto (HP65-1959) came very rashly and hit his car. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT
3. Case FIR No. 44/13 dated 16/02/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Sh. Jiwan Kumar S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Chatrod PO Majhwar Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/02/13 at about 5.15 PM he was going to his home and on the way Rakesh Kumar @ Raku along with his 2/3 friends obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Ajeet Kumar I/C P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 55 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
