CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.     Case FIR No. 58/13 dated 23/02/13 U/S 498A,325,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Chander Lekha W/O Sh. Jai Kumar R/O Ghori PO Smaila Tehsil Sakaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married with Jai Kumar during the year 2008. After six months of her marriage her husband Jai Kumar started to beat her up. On 20/02/13 her husband beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Ajit Singh I/C P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

2.     Case FIR No. 21/13 dated 24/02/13 U/S 364 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Tara Chand S/O Sh. Tawarsu Ram R/O Vill. Bajehal PO Shiva Thana Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that Param Dev S/O Sh. Tawarsu Ram R/O Vill. Bajaihal PO Shiva Thana Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) is reported missing since 17/01/13  and he suspects that Lal Singh, Bindu Devi, Vinod Kumar, Jhabe Ram, Balu Devi and Dhamo Devi kidnapped above Param Dev. ASI Naseeb Singh I/C P.P. Janjehli is investigating the case.

  CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND THEFT

3.     Case FIR No. 54/13 dated 23/02/13 U/S 447,427,379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh. Jaspal Singh S/O Sh. Narayan Singh R/O VPO Bir Tungal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the night on 20/02/13 Parma Nand, Krishan Kumar, Dharam Chand and Mast Ram were damaged his house and also stole away a motor and hardware articles from his house. HC Raj Mal No. 647 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 55/13 dated 23/02/13 U/S 451,447,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint Smt. Jayoti W/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O VPO Bir Tungal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/02/13 at about 4 PM Jaspal, Ram Lal, Narayan Dass and Ghanshyam entered in her  courtyard and tried to encroach the  land possessed by complainant and they also damaged her  property. ASI Bidhi Chand I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

5.     Case FIR No. 19/13 dated 24/02/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jitender Thakur S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Lalit Chowk PO and Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was coming along with his friend Rahul Sharma from Datargi side to his house by scooter  (HP31-0569) and when they  reached at Dhanotu bridge, in the mean time some unknown persons obstructed their way and  beat up both of them and they sustained injuries. HC Dharam Pal No. 897 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6.     47 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 4200/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 7 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.900/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
