CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND SUICIDE

1.     Case FIR No. 27/13 dated 12/02/13 U/S 498A, 306 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ishwar Dass S/O Late Sh. Tegu Ram R/O Vill. Chakkala (Chadhung) PO Drubbal Tehsil Jogindernagr Distt. Mandi (HP) that his daughter was married to Lal Singh S/O Late Sh. Fagnu Ram R/O Vill. Dhurli Sammon PO Langna Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and after the marriage of his daughter her mother-in-law was harassing her since long. Due to harassment by her mother-in-law on 11/02/13 she had taken some poisonous substance and thereafter she died at  RPMC Tanda. ASI Iswari Prasad is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

2.     Case FIR No. 28/13 dated 13/02/13 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Gopal Chand No. 61 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found that Guddu Ram S/O Sh. Gujru Ram R/O Bagicha PO Gumma Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi (HP) has spread the concrete on NH 21 which is causing obstruction the general public and traffic. HC Gopal Chand No. 6 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3.     Case FIR No. 31/13 dated 12/02/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundenragar on the complaint of Sh. Shiv Ram S/O Sh. Gopala Ram R/O Sohar PO Baroti Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/02/12 his brother Jagarnath, Babu Ram, Meera Devi Dinesh @ Naresh etc. obstructed the way of his son Rakesh Kumar and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 805 I.O. P.P. Dehar is investigating the case

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 32/13 dated 12/02/13 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Saif Ali Khan S/O Sh. Jaan Mohammad R/O Dinal PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/02/13 when he reached at Tarot, in the mean time Sonu R/O Dhandrash, Shyam Lal R/O Tarot, Aman R/O Trot and Manoj R/O Dugrain obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE EXCISE ACT

5.     Case FIR No. 48/13 dated 12/02/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Mohender Pal I/C PP. Dharampur that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4500 ML country liquor from the possession of Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Chimnu Ram R/O Vill. Rah PO Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Mohender Pal I/C P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSRUCTING, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6.     Case FIR No. 42/13 dated 13/02/13 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Mahender Singh S/O Sh. Kishan Singh R/O Vill. Batahar PO Baloh Tehsil Sadar Mandi (HP) that Tara Chand R/O Vill. Baggi, Hem Raj R/O Batahar and Rajender R/O Shakswal obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Durga Dass No. 408 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF GESTURE OR ACT INTEND TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF A WOMAN AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7.     Case FIR No. 16/13 dated 13/02/13 U/S 509,506,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. R.K. Garg, Chief Engineer Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that today his wife received a telephone call on his residential phone from a mobile No. 9418075079 who  used obscene language and also threatened to his wife. ASI Nanak Ram I.O. of P.S. BSL Sundernagar is investigating the case.

8.     91 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13000/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 10  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
