CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 6/13 dated 03/02/13 U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar that he laid a nakka along with other police officials and during the course of nakka he recovered 1 KG 300 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of a person resident of village Kalnghar under the jurisdiction of P.S. Padhar. SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 27/13 dated 03/02/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sawala and during the course of patrolling he recovered 550 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of a person resident of village Kotgalura PO Ranikalan Tehsil & Distt. Ludhiana (PB). HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,HURT,RIOTING AND MISCHIEF

3.     Case FIR No. 23/12 dated 02/02/13 U/S 341,323,147,149,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jatin Saini S/O Late Sh. Pawan Saini R/O H. No. 238/8 PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)that he was going to Salah by a vehicle (HP31A-8857) and when he reachdd near PWD Rest House Sundernagar  8/9 persons obstructed his way and bea him up. HC Dharmeder Kumar No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4.     Case FIR No. 24/13 dated 02/02/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ranjan Chandel S/O S. Nanak Chanel R/O Chakhara PO Bhojpu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/02/13 at about 08.20 PM he was going to his home and when he reached near PWD Rest house Sundernagar four persons obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTMIDATION

5.     Case FIR No. 25/13 dated 03/02/13 U/S 447,427,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of S. Roop Lal S/O Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Mukrani PO Sehli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that three persons resident of Harabag entered in his land and cultivated the wheat crops in his lad also cut down the branches of mango trees.  ASI Shanti Swaroop Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT        

6.     Case FIR No. 22/13 dated 02/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Finu Ram R/O Bhaur PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/02/13 he was going along with another person namely Sh. Kali Dass to his home and when they reached at Bhaur, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP33C-0831) came from Mandi side and hit to Sh. Kali Dass and he sustained injuries. HC Inder Singh No. 880 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT, OBSTRUCTING WAY,HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7.     Case FIR No. 12/13 dated 02/02/13 U/S 382,341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Collony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Sawaru Ram R/O Jaral PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was purchasing vegetables at Dhanotu, in the mean time three persons obstructed his way and beat him up and they also snatched his golden chain. ASI Rajender Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND HURT

8.     Case FIR No. 13/13 dated 02/02/13 U/S 382,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Anant Ram S/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Gopal Chowk PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/02/13 at about 5 PM when he was purchasing vegetables at Dhanotu, in the mean time two persons beat him up and they were also stolen away his golden chain and ring. HC Dharam Singh No. 897 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

9.      109 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,900/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
