1. Case FIR No. 33/13 dated 14/02/13 U/S 436,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chamaru Ram S/O Sh. Brestu Ram R/O Vill. Roda PO Batwara Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/02/13 Gambhira Ram and Prakash Chand burnt his cowshed and also threatened to him. ASI Brij Lal I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY
2. Case FIR No. 49/13 dated 14/02/13 U/S 341 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ganga Ram S/O Sh. Devi Singh R/O Baira PO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/01/13 Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Anant Ram R/O Baira PO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi damaged his path with the help of JCB machine. HC Prakash Chand No. 916 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TREPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No. 15/13 dated 15/02/13 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Salochna Devi W/O Sh. Naresh Kumar R/O Vill. Nain PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/02/13 about 10.30 PM Naresh Kumar and his wife Yashodha Devi entered in her courtyard and beat her up. HC Prakash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
4. Case FIR No. 39/13 dated 14/02/13 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand S/O Sh. Lal Man VPO khakhrena Tehsil and Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown persons stole away golden and silver jewellary from his house. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

5. 118 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
