CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 13/13 dated 20/02/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO of P.S. Padhar that on 20/02/13 was on patrolling along with other police officials at Padhar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2 KG and 100 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Gian Chand S/O Sh. Sauju Ram R/O  Vill. Sagnal PO Ropa Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 54/13 dated 21/02/13 U/S 21,29 NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Om Prakash I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Dabrog and during the course of nakka he recovered 8 Gram smack from the possession of Umesh Chandel S/O Sh. Girja Nand R/O VPO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) driver of a car (HP01M-0854) along with his two associates namely Ravinder Thakur S/O Sh. Prem Singh VPO Nerchowk and Kartik Thakur S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Vill. Khiyuri. ASI Om Prakash I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 32/13 dated 20/02/13 dated 20/02/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Thakru Ram I/C P.P. Ghatta that on 20/02/13 he was on patrolling at Mohan Ghatti and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3560 ML country liquor from the possession of Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Ram Singh R/O Vill. Badehar PO Mohan Ghatti Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Thakru Ram I/C P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 33/13 dated 20/02/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mast Ram S/O Sh. Himal Singh R/O Vill. Nagan PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Vinod Kumar and Aman Kumar obstructed his way and beat him and he sustained injuries. HC Dola Ram No. 869 I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND MISCHIEF

5.      Case FIR No. 18/13 dated 20/02/13 U/S 451,323,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Satya Devi W/O Sh. Netar Singh R/O Anushi PO Purakothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/02/13 at about 8 PM she was present along with her family members in her house, in the mean time Dila Ram resident of same locality entered in her house and beat her up along with her family members. HC Inder Dev No. 35 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sunderngar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

6.      Case FIR No. 50/13 dated 20/02/13 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Krishan Kumar No. 9001 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh that on 20/02/13 at about 3 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found that Banti Sood S/O Sh. Shyam Lal VPO Jauni Road Pandoh had spread the articles of his shop on the road which created obstruction to the general public and traffic. HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

7. 72 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,650/-    was recovered under M.V. Act and 14  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
