CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 5/13 dated 01/02/13 U/S 323,325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Vill. Sangalwah PO Batheri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/01/2013 one person beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Anil Kumr No. 412 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING AND ABDUCTION

2. Case FIR No. 13/13 dated 01/02/13 U/S 363,366A IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of a person resident of  Vill. Patogi under the jurisdiction of P.S. Aut that  his daughter was kidnapped by a person resident of District Shimla. Asi Mehar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 12/13 dated 01/02/2013 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Tanu Ram S/O Sh. Mangloo Ram R/O Vill. Shalanalla PO Thalout Teshil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/01/13 a car (HP33A-3451) came from Mandi side very rashly and hit his grandson Ghanshyam who sustained injuries. ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 11/13 dated 01/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 185 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shubham Guleria S/O Sh. Hoshiar Singh Guleria R/O Vill. Kehnwal PO Tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/02/13 Harish Kumar drove his M/Cycle (HP33C-3941) in drunken condition from Hatgarh towards Sundernagar and when he reached at Dhanotu he met with an accident and sustained injuries. SI Binny Minhans SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No. 21/13 dated 01/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ashwani Kumar S/O Sh. Vinay Ram R/O Seri PO & Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is driver with  vehicle No. (HP65-2424). On 01/02/13 he was coming from Ambala with above mentioned vehicle and when he reached at Bus Stand Sunderngagar, in the mean time a car (HP24A-7455) came from Mandi side very rashly, hit his vehicle and driver of said car sustained injuries. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6. Case FIR No. 30/13 dated 02/02/13 U/S 353,332,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Girish Kumar S/O Sh. Bhup Chand R/O Batehra PO Brikhmani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi at present working as HHG and posted in P.S. Balh that today at about 01/40 PM he was on traffic duty at Nerchowk, in the mean time  driver of a nano car (HP33T-9261) parked his car  wrong side on the road. On this he requested to the driver of above car to not parked it here but he didn't listen to him and went inside a shop. After some time driver of above car  came out from the shop and he again requested to him to remove his car from here somewhere else. On this driver assaulted him. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7. 115 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,200/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 16  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1600 was recovered   during last 24 hours.
