CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 7/3 dated 09/02/13 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Hirdu Ram S/O Sh. Narotam Ram R/O Vill. Baggi PO Segali Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/02/13 he was in his kitchen, in the mean time Hari Krishan S/O Sh. Bhyandu Ram R/O Vill. Baggi PO Segali Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) came in his courtyard and beat him up. HC Anil Kumar No. 412 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF MISCHIEF

2. Case FIR No. 33/13 dated 08/02/13 U/S 430, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Salma Bibi and Smt. Shabnam Bibi etc. that President Gulzari Lal and Vice President Mansiv Ali of G.P. Dhawan have thrown garbage & soil on the well and covered it. ASI Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 36/13 dated 09/02/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Pratap Singh R/O Dhangu PO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he parked his car nearby bus stand Mandi, at about 05.15 PM a car (HP01M-1177) came from Sundernagar side and hit his car from wrong side. ASI Roop Lal incharge Traffic Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 37/13 dated 09/02/13 U/S 452,323,504,506,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Smt. Gayatri Devi W/O Sh. Naryan Singh R/O Parwada PO Tarnoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Meena Devi and her son entered in her house and they broke the grills of her house and also threatened to her. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No. 15/13 dated 09/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Nanak Ram I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that on 08/02/13 at  about 09.30 PM a truck (HP31-7311)   was going from Sundernagar towards Karsog and when said truck reached nearby village Sarala, it rolled down from the road due to rash and negligent driving by driver Yog Raj. ASI Nanak Ram I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND RIOTING

6.      Case FIR No. 17/13 dated 08/02/13 U/S 341,143 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C P.P. Balichowki that on 08/02/13 at about 12.20 PM Mohinder Rana, Harish Kumar, Tek Chand, Meer Singh, Hira Lal, Dinesh Kumar, Yadvinder and  others blocked the blocked the road at Balichowki and created public nuisance. ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C P.P. Nalichowki is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7. 102 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,600/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
