CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 40/13 dated 05/02/13 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Suram Singh S/O Sh. Garib Dass R/O Vill. Ghulanu PO Naubahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that four persons of the same locality entered in his courtyard and beat him up. HC Prakash Chand No. 916 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
2. Case FIR No. 22/13 dated 05/02/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Arun Sharma S/O Sh. Rattan Sharma R/O Vill. Almara PO Chalharag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/02/13 some unknown culprits broke the door of his house and stole away some house hold items and cash of worth Rs. 1900/-. Approximately cost of stolen property is about Rs. 15,800/-. HC Sanjeev Kumar I.O.of P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3. 23 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 4550/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 5 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
