CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 34/12 dated 22/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Mehar Singh VPO Sajao Piplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/02/13 he was going back from Bassi to Sarkaghat by M/Cycle (HP28B-1344) which was drive by Manoj Kumar and when they reached at Makriri, Manoj Kumar lost control and it  fell down on the road and they sustained injuries. ASI Ishwari Prasadr I/C P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2.     Case FIR No. 46/13 dated U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Hem Ram R/O Malahnu PO Chunahan Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that NIju R/O Batehra obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Jagdish  Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.     Case FIR No. 47/13 dated 23/12/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dina Nath R/O Vill. Khandla PO Kummi that a M/Cycle (A/F) was on its way very rashly from Nerchowk towards Dadaur  and when said M/Cycle reached near Nishant Guest House it met with an accident. ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

4.     Case FIR No. 20/13 dated 23/02/13 U/S 336,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Kundan Lal S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Karsala PO Bassi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) at present ALM in Electricity Department Dadoh-II Section Gohar that today he went on his duty at Salog, in the mean time Prem Singh called telephonically that there is electric fault in village Salog and got it repaired. On this he called to SSA Ramesh Kumar of Sub Station Salog to shutdown the sub station as he was going to rectify the electric fault at village Salog. At about 08.45 AM he went on the transformer to plug the fuse, in the mean time he fell down from the transformer due to electric current and sustained injuries due to rash and negligent act of SSA Ramesh Kumar. ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

5.     Case FIR No. 42/13 dated 23/02/13 U/S 174 A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Harbans Lal No. 68 Incharge PO Cell Team-B District Mandi that on 22/02/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials of his team at Darlaghat and during the course of patrolling he succeeded to arrest proclaimed offender Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Gopal Chowk PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) who was wanted in case FIR No. 37/09 dated 05/02/09 U/S 451,323,506 IPC and declared PO on 12/03/12 by the Ld. Court of JMIC-II Sundernagar. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S> Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR No. 40/13 dated 22/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kartik Parmar S/O Sh. Ghanshyam Parmar R/O Rada PO Thural Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra (HP) at present student of Sirdha Engineering College Tarot that on 22/02/13 an Alto Car (HP33C-1230) came from Sundenagar  side very rashly and hit his motor cycle and  his friend sustained injuries. HC Lalit Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundenragar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

7.     Case FIR No. 57/13 dated 22/02/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Inder Pal S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Suragari PO Rissa Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/02/13 Vinod Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Amrit Lal No. 413 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

8.     61 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5500/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 13 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.1500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
