2. Case FIR No. 20/13 dated 21/02/13 U/S 51 Wild Life Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by SI Anil Kumar SHO P.S. Aut that on 21/02/13 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Jhalogi and during the course of checking of a Volvo Bus (HP01-3589) he recovered 2 pairs of skin of tiger from the possession of Ram Singh S/O Sh. Jagat Singh R/O Vill. Kaunda PO Chanju Tehsil Churah Distt. Chamba (HP). SI Anil Kumar SHO of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 43/13dated 21/02/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Desh Raj S/O Sh. Nanak Chand R/O VPO Dashera Tehsil & Distt. Mandi (HP) that Khajan Ram S/O Sh. Chetu Ram VPO Dahera obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Suman Kumar No. 39 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 44/13 dated 21/03/13 U/S 342,323,427,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Khajan Ram S/O Sh. Chaitru Ram VPO Dahera that Desh Raj S/O Sh Nanak Ram VPO Dahera obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Suman Kumar No. 39 is investigating the case.

5. Case FIR No. 45/13 dated 21/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S.Balh on the complaint of Sh. Shoheb S/O Sh.Abdul Rahman R/O Vill. Takya PO Bahera Tehsil Harighat Distt. Bachicha (UP) that a car (HP65-8700) hit him and sped away from the spot. HC Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6. Case FIR No. 39/13 dated 21/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Surender Pal S/O Sh. Sukh Ram VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was going by his vehicle (HP31-7333) and when he reached at Guru Mohalla Bhojpur, a car (HP31C-2100) came from Tail side very rashly and struck with his car. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I.O. of TTR wing is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
7. Case FIR No. 55/13 dated 21/02/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Mohinder Pal I/C P.P. Dharampur that on 21/02/13 at about 05.30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML country liquor and 3000 ML beer from the possession of Jai Pal S/O Sh. Raghubir Singh R/O Vill. Sapri PO Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Mohinder Pal I/C P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

Pratap Chand R/O Khadun PO Sidhpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/02/13 he was going to his home and on the way three persons namely Vijay Kumar S/O Roop Lal, Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Jager Nath and Vinit Kumar S/O Sh. Kashmir Singh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Tej Singh No. 55 I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

9. Case FIR No. 51/13 dated 21/02/13 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Khem Chand S/O Sh. Bhupender Pal R/O VPO Sehli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/02/13 two persons obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Sawarnroop Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
10. 63 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
