CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 30/13 dated 16/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sabul Shekh D/O Sh. Nijam Shekh R/O 19 C/O Nijam Shekh Nirala Society Umered Road Nagpur Maharastra that she is lecturer in Engineering College that on 16/02/13 she was coming back  along with college staff and students from Manali to Amritsar by a bus (UP17T-4343) and at about 08.20 PM when said bus reached near Ghatasni, bus driver Udey lost control over it due to rash and negligent driving and iot fell down from the road and 16 occupants of above bus sustained injuries. HC Raj Mal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.     Case FIR No. 51/13 dated 16/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Brahma Nand VPO Bairi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was travelling by M/Cycle (HP28-3343) which was ridden by Priya Prakash VPO Bairi Tehsil Sarkagha Distt. Mandi (HP) and when said M/Cycle reached near Bhambla, Priya Prakash lost control over it and skidded on the road and they both sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 38 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.     Case FIR No. 45/13 dated 17/02/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O Lower Balh PO Dhalar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today he was travelling by a car (UP04-4481) and when said car reached at Devdhar driver of said car Om Prakash lost control over it and fell down about 40-50 feet downwards from the road and he along with other three occupants sustained injuries. HC Shiv Kumar No. 894 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.  

CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 34/13 dated 17/02/13 U/S 147,148,149,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishna Mahto S/O Sh. Roop Lal Mahto R/O VPO Gorhar Tehsil Hazaribag Distt. Hazaribag Jharkhan that he is working as labourer at Slapper with Tower Line is being laid down from Parwati to Koldam. On 16/02/13 he was on duty along with Vajaye Kaul and Bhatu Kaul in the mean time  Praveen Kumar R/O Bairi along with 7/8 persons came there and they beat him up along with his above both associates. HC Shanta Kumar No. 56 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.     Case FIR No. 41/12 dated 17/02/13 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Punnu Ram R/O Vill. Bhadyal PO Tikker Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Palu S/O Sh. Prem Singh entered in his courtyard and beat him up along with his wife and they sustained injuries. HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE THEFT AND UNDER I.T. ACT

6.     Case FIR No. 11/13 dated 17/02/13 U/S 379,201,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar that today at about 2 AM he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Sampalu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 50 pairs having approximately 90 mtrs length and 20 pairs having approximately 135 mtrs length from the possession of Hem Raj S/O Sh. Bihari Lal R/O Vill. Purana Kataula PO Kataula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) along with a vehicle (HP33T-9806). SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND DISHONESTLY RECEIVES STOLEN PROPERTY

7.     Case FIR No. 12/13 dated 17/02/13 U/S 379,411, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Karam Singh S/O Sh. Hari Singh VPO  Kataula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/02/13 at about 1.30 AM today at about 1.30 AM  a vehicle (HP65-3155) came from Segli side towards Mandi and he found that Chhangu Ram S/O Sh. Parichi Ram and Krishan @ Soma W/O Rju R/O Vill. Bhiuli PO Purani Mandi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) were carrying spare parts of Tower in their vehicle (HP65-3155). HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

8.     62 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9400/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 8  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
