CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1.      Case FIR No. 36/13 dated 18/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC & U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Sunku Ram Verma VPO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is running a Dhaba at Jarol. On 18/02/13 he was present in front of his Dhaba, in the mean time a M/Cycle came very rashly from Sundernagar side and hit a child namely Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Santosh Kumar VPO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and said M/Cycle sped away from the spot. HC Ram Lal No. 543 I.O. of Highway Patrol Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 37/13 dated 18/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Chillu Ram R/O Bhaur PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/02/13 he was present at Bhaur, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP31-8711) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and struck with a car (DL3CAE-2402) and all three occupants of above M/Cycle sustained injuries. HC Vinod Kumar No. 18 I.O. of Highway Patrol is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 19/13 dated 19/02/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Ghenthal Ram S/O Sh. Saouju Ram R/O Vill. Tungadhar PO Janjehali Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/02/13 he was going to his home, on the way Narotam Ram and his son Bhup Singh and Bunty obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Naseeb Singh I/C P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case. 

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 49/13 dated 19/02/13 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar,  Agriculture Development Officer, Sadar Mandi that during the intervening night of 17-18/02/13 some unknown culprits stole away a departmental board from the campus of their office. ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

5.      Case FIR No. 17/13 dated 18/02/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundenragar on the complaint of Sh. Bali Ram S/O Sh. Jat Ram R/O Lower Mahadev PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/02/13 at about 06.30 PM he was going to his home and when he reached at Lower Mahadev, in the mean time an unknown person obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Inder Dev No. 35 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

6. 95 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,200/-    was recovered under M.V. Act and 10  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
