CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 29/13 dated 01/02/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Dayalu Ram R/O Vill. Saghan PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/01/13 one person obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND BURGLARY

2. Case FIR No. 25/13 dated 01/02/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Janak Singh S/O Sh. Netar Singh VPO Talyar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown culprits stole away ornaments from his house having approximately value of Rs. 80,000/-. ASI Bidhi Chand I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TREPSASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 26/13 dated 01/02/13 U/S 451,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Kesar Singh R/O H. No. 224/5 Palace Colony Mandi that on 31/01/13 one person resident of Vill. Lot PO Vir Tungal Tehsil Sadar Distt. entered in her house along with other two persons and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

4. 102 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,500/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
