CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 11/13 dated 30/01/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Rajinder Kumar S/O Sh. Hira Lal R/O Bharsi PO Gohar that on 30/01/13 he along with 4/5 persons went to attend a marriage ceremony at Kullu by a vehicle (HP69A0670) and at about 4 PM when they reached near Aut driver of said vehicle lost control over it struck said vehicle with rods and all occupants of said vehicle sustained injuries. ASI Mohinder Singh I/C highway patrol is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 10/13 dated 30/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.P. Balichowki that on 30/01/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 600 ML English wine from the possession of a person. HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CHEATING AND FORGERY

3.      Case FIR No. 14/13 dated 31/01/13 U/S 420,467,468 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the written complaint of Sh. Ram Singh S/O Sh. Bhadru Ram R/O Vill. Jhoot PO Bara and others that one ward member of Gram Panchayat Bara Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi had committed some irregularities in the various works were executed through above mentioned Gram Panchayat. ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND RIOTING

4. Case FIR No. 21/13 dated 30/01/13 U/S 341,143 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dagi Ram S/O Sh. Banku Ram VPO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi presently working as  driver with HRTC that on 30/01/13 at about 6 PM he was on duty with bus No. (H65-7523) which was bounded from Mandi to Trambli and when he reached at Khalyar, 20-25 peoples obstructed his way. ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 22/13 dated 31/01/13 U/S 341,323,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Hem Chand S/O Sh. Tara Chand VPO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 30-31/01/13 two persons obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened to him. ASI Swarnroop Sing I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

6. Case FIR No. 23/12 dated 31/01/13 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dhiraj Kumar S/O Sh. Charanji Lal R/O H. NO. 76/9 Bhagwhan Mohalla Mandi that today at about 7 AM some unknown culprits stole away stole away golden ornaments and a mobile set from his house. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 33/13 dated 31/01/13 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prem Pal S/O Late Sh. Nek Ram R/O VPO Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/01/13 he was going to his home, in the mean time three persons obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Tej Singh No. 55 I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 34/13 dated 31/01/13 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Man Singh S/O Late Sh. Keshav Ram  R/O VPO Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/01/13 he was going to his home, in the mean time three persons obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Mahander Singh I/C P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

9.      Case FIR No. 35/13 dated 31/01/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Reeta Sharma I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat against the driver of tempo trax (HP01M-2078) which was met with an accident near Madhodhari bridge due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of above vehicle. SI Reeta Sharma I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

10.  Case FIR No. 16/13 dated 31/01/13 U/S 451,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of Smt. Roshani Devi W/O Sh. Kishori Lal VPO Sainj Bagra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that one person of the same locality entered in her courtyard and beat her up. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

11.  Case FIR No. 17/13 dated 31/01/13 U/S 451,341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Chandermani W/O Sh. Chuni Lal R/O Vill. Shalogi PO Pokhi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/01/13 entered her courtyard and beat her up. HC Ashok Kumar No. 885 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

12. 96 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,600/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
