CRIME REPORT 4 JAN

CASE UNDER NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 2/13 dated 03/01/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI (Prob.) Chand Kishore I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 03/01/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kwari and during the course of patrolling he recovered 922 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of person who has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI (Prob.) Chand Kishore I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

CASE UNDER NDPS ACT

           

2.      Case FIR No. 3/13 dated 03/01/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ajeet Kumar I.O. of P.P. Pandoh that on 03/01/13 at about 5 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sawala near Switchyard and during the course of patrolling he recovered 920 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of a person who has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Ajeet Kumar incharge Police Post Pandoh.

 

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 03/13 dated 04/01/13 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 32, 33 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar that on 03/01/12 two persons belonging from  the locality of Khanyog were cut down the two trees of cedar (deodar) from Regi beat of Bhoon forest areas. ASI Shanti Swaroop incharge police post Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER EXCISE ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 1/13 dated 04/01/13 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 04/01/13 at about 12.15 OM he was on patrolling and during the course of patrolling he recovered 750 ML English wine and 2250 ML country liquor from the possession of a person belonging from the locality of Dadoh village. HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE UNDER PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT  

5.      Case FIR No. 2/13 dated 03/01/13 U/S 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a lady belonging from the locality of Hiun village that one person of the same locality damaged the road work carried out from Talli Galu to Tikkar under the scheme of  AREGA. ASI Amar Nath I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6.      Case FIR No. 4/13 dated 03/01/13 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Sawaran Roop Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar  Mandi that on 03/01/13 one person belonging from the locality of Marathu beat up one another person belonging from the same locality. ASI Sawaran Roop Singh I.O.of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7.      Case FIR No. 2/13 dated 03/01/13 U/S 451,430,506,504,509 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of a lady resident of the locality of Roparu village that  that a tap public water supply scheme is established on her land. On 28/12/12 one person of the same locality broke the above water supply tap. ASI Govind Pal incharge of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

8.      Case FIR No. 2/13 dated 03/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Ashwani Kumar I.O. of P.P. Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/01/13 at about 7 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Balichowki and during the course of patrolling he recovered 600 ML country liquor from the possession of a person belonging from locality of Balichowki areas. ASI Ashwani Kumar incharge Police Post Balichowki is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTIING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

9.      Case FIR No. 5/12 dated 03/01/12 U/S 341,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a girl belonging from the locality of Kummi areas that she was going to her home and when she reached at Dadaur one person obstructed her way and threatened to her. SI (Prob.) Munesh Raj I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

10. 70 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9800/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 17  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1700/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
