PATROLING OF POLICE OFFICIALS IN CEREMONIAL DRESS

 

1. To prevent eve teasing and to prevent necessary assistance to tourists, Mandi  Police has stared (from today) patrolling in ceremonial dress comprising two police officials in two shifts i.e. 09 AM to 11 AM and 4 PM to 7 PM in area around  Thanera Mohalla, Seri Manch, Chauhata Bazaar. Photographs of police officials are also enclosed herewith for publication in your respective newspaper please.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

2.     Case FIR No. 6/13 dated 13/01/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint a lady resident of village Taru under the jurisdiction of P.S. BSL Colony Sundenragar that on 13/01/13 one person of the same locality obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Nanak Ram I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CHEATING & FORGERY

 

3.     Case FIR No. 6/13 dated 14/01/13 U/S 420,465,467 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of a person resident of village Seri resident of district Solan that the then Pradhan of G.P. Lower Karsog along with other 12 persons made fake signature along with a fake NOC from the father of the complainant and construct a pedestrian (pucca path) on agricultural land of the complainant at Naali under the jurisdiction of P.S. Karsog. SI Satish Kumar Addl. SHO P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF NEGLIGENT ACT IN RESPECT OF ANIMALS

4.     Case FIR No. 2/13 dated 13/01/13 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of a person resident of village Tapara under the jurisdiction of P.S. Padhar that on 11/01/13 his daughter was playing in the courtyard of the complainant, in the mean time a pet dog of neigbourer came there bit his daughter. HC Tilak Raj No. 868 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.     Case FIR No.13/13 dated 14/01/13 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a person resident of village Kot under the jurisdiction of P.S. Sarkaghat that on 13/01/13 at about 6 PM three persons along with another person beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Ajit Singh Incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

6.     Case FIR No. 14/13 dated 14/01/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a person resident of village Behan under the jurisdiction of P.S. Sarkaghat that on 13/01/13 a M/Cycle (HP28-6418) came from Baldwara side and hit the a lady resident of same village and she sustained injuries. HC Baldev Chand I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

7. 71 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,450/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 9  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
