 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

1.       Case FIR No. 3/13 dated 14/01/13 U/S 447,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of a lady resident of village Chauta under the jurisdiction of P.S. Padhar that on 13/01/13 she had constructed a boundary wall on the courtyard of her house and on    14/01/13 early morning she found that said boundary wall was dismantled by her neighbouers. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2.       Case FIR No. 11/13 dated 14/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 58 I.O. of P.P. Bassi that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bassi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3000 ML country liquor from the possession of a person resident of Manoh under the jurisdiction of P.S. Jogindernagar. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 58 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.       Case FIR No. 14/13 dated 15/01/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a  resident of village Darvyash under the jurisdiction of P.S. Balh that on today a private bus (HP31-5616) fell down from the road at Darvyash and passengers of said bus sustained injuries. HC Kamaldeep No. 888 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.       Case FIR No. 8/13 dated 15/01/13 U/S 341,323,324,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of a person resident of VPO Kanaid that today he was going to Kanaid bazaar and on the way two persons obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Ravinder Singh No. 863 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

5.       Case FIR No. 8/13 dated 14/01/13 U/S 419,420,467,468,471,120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of a person resident of village Ropru Nasloh under the jurisdiction of P.S. Sadar Mandi that a person of the same locality sold his piece of land another person of the same locality without taking any permission from the complainant. HC Balam Ram No. 540 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF THEFT

6.       Case FIR No. 7/13 dated 14/01/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  JTO Karsog that some unknown culprits stole away telephone cable having approximately value amounting to Rs. 15275/- from the areas of Nanj towards Deteha and Trimadi towards Kotlu under the jurisdiction of telephone exchange  Sainj. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF THEFT

7.       Case FIR No. 8/13 dated 14/01/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  JTO Karsog that some unknown culprits stole away telephone cable having approximately value amounting to Rs. 16548/- from the areas of Lower Baral towards Baral Nullah under the jurisdiction of telephone exchange Karsog. HC Ranjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

8.       108 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,300/-   was recovered under M.V. Act, 8 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
