CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No. 23/13 dated 24/01/13 U/S  307, 506 IPC & 25 of Arms Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Sh. Dandu Ram S/O Sh. Budhi Singh R/O Kawal  P.O. Jehmat Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/12/13  at about 3PM when he was present at Kawal Banouni along with  Nanak Chand &  Mehar Singh, in mean time a person resident of Bhadarwani, under the jurisdiction of Police  Station Sarkaghat  came there along with gun and aimed the gun upon the complainant .  Accused has been arrested and further  investigation is being  carried out by ASI Ajit  Singh I/C of P.P. Hatli .

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR No. 22/13 dated 24/01/13  U/S  353, 332, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sita Devi W/O Sh. Amar Chand  R/O  Dhanalag P.O. Balhra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) at present Pradhan Gram Panchyat  Dhanalag that on 24/12/13 at about 3:40 PM when  a meeting was going to held  in the office of  Gram Panchayat , in same day a lady  resident of same locality presently member of Zila Parishad  ward kot caught the complainant  from her  hairs and also beat her up .ASI Ajit Singh I/O of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND    INTIMIDATION.

3        Case FIR No.24/13 dated 24/01/13 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the complaint of Sh.  Mohan  Lal  R/O Rathoha P.O. Chunahan Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on   24/01/13 a person  resident of  Rathoha under the jurisdiction of P.S. Balh  obstructed his way and beat him  up. HC Lal Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR No. 7/13 dated  24/01/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 M.V. Act has been registered in PS. BSL  Colony  on the complaint of Smt.  Ram  Piyari  W/O  Sh.  Moti Ram  R/O   Sujanpur  Distt. Bareli (U.P.) presently  residing   in Bhojpur  Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 24/01/13  at about 8PM  while  she was going  to  their  residence along with her  Husband namely, Moti Ram   and reached near Sheetla Gas Agency, in mean time  a white car came rashly from Puranna bazzar side  and hit  both of them and they sustained injuries.ASI Rajinder Thakur  I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

5        85 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,200/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 6challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act   during last 24 hours.
