CASE OF BURGLARY & THEFT
1. Case FIR 14/13 dated 17/01/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Thakur vice Principal of Crescet Public Sr. Sec. School Shanan (Hydro) Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that school was closed w.e.f. 06/01/2013 to 16/01/13 and on 17/01/13 when school was opened they found that some unknown culprits stole away four projectors, 5 speakers, one CPU and 4 UPSs by breaking window of the school. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF THET
2. Case FIR No. 17/13 dated 17/01/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Kumar S/O Sh. Dhanjay Sharma R/O Vill. Tarwain PO Bina Tehsil and Distt. Mandi (HP) that he possessed a tipper (HP65-2614) and on 16/01/13 at about 10.30 PM his driver Vipin Kumar parked above tipper at Gutkar on the road side and on 17/01/13 morning he found missing above tipper from place of parking at Gutkar and he suspects that some unknown culprits stole away his above mentioned tipper. ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
- 57 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9250/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 12 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
