CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 12/13 dated 11/01/13 U/S 451,323,427,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a person resident of village Dhalwan at present working as salesman in wine shop under the jurisdiction of P.S. Balh that three persons entered in the wine shop broke the bottles of wine and beat him up. ASI Thakru Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No. 6/13 dated 11/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundenragar by ASI Gulab Singh Incharge Police Post Dehar that on 11/01/13 at about 5 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Alsu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 81000 ML (108 bottles) of country liquor and 45000 ML ( 60 bottles) English wine from the possession of a person resident of a person resident of Alsu village under the jurisdiction of P.S. Sundernagar. ASI Gulab Singh Incharge P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3. Case FIR No. 10/13 dated 12/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HHC Ranbir Singh No. 773 I.O. of P.P. Hattli that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at village Manoun Kothi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5250 ML ( 7 bottles) of English wine from the possession of a person resident of Manoun Kothi under the jurisdiction of P.S. Sarkagaht. HHC Ranbir Singh I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND GESTURE OR ACT INTENDED TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF A WOMAN

4.      Case FIR No. 9/13 dated 11/01/13 U/S 506,509 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of a girl resident of vllage Zimzima under the jurisdiction of P.S. Jogindernagar that an unknown person threatened & used filthy language to her telephonically.  ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

5.      Case FIR No. 7/13 dated 12/01/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of a person resident of village Basai of district Kangra presently serving as  Manager in Copia Beaverage at Sauli Khad Mandi  that during the intervening night of 11-12/01/13 some unknown culprits stole away three tyres of his  Bolero Camper vehicle having approximately cost of Rs. 45,000/-. HC Anil Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

6. 77 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9800/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 9 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
