CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 8/13 dated 09/01/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of a person resident of Baar under the jurisdiction of P.S. Jogindernagar that he took a tractor (HP37A-8541) on lease and said tractor fell down from the road at Trichowk and driver of said tractor died on the spot. HC Mangat Ram I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF MISCHIEF
2. Case FIR No. 10/13 dated 08/01/13 U/S 435 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of a person resident of village Malther under the jurisdiction of P.S. Balh that another person of the same locality brunt about 500 small bundals of grass collected by the complainant. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No. 6/13 dated 08/01/13 U/S 323,325,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a lady resident of village Kapahi under the jurisdiction of Police Post Dharampur that one person beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
4. Case FIR No. 7/13 dated 09/01/13 U/S 304 A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a person resident of village Masyani under the jurisdiction of P.P. Hattli that a doctor of CHC Baldwara conducted operation of family planning of his daughter-in-law at CHC Baldwara on 17/12/12 and on the same day she felt pain in her stomach and on 18/12/12 she died in Z.H. Bilaspur. ASI Ajit Singh Incharge Police Post Hattli is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5. 59 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,350/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
