CASE OF HURT  

1        Case FIR No. 12/13 dated 22/1/13 U/S 326 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar  on the complaint  of Sh. Jhabe  Ram S/O Sh. Saran  Pal  R/O  Chenehani P.O. Sankardehra Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 20/1/13 he had gone  to the house of a person situated at Mathyan Palochi, in mean time that person beat him up. HC Birbal   Singh No.72 I/O of P.P. Janjehli  is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

2        Case FIR No. 14/13 dated 22/01/13 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Kailash Chand  S/O Sh. Late Sh. Luharu Ram  R/O Neri  P.O. Doghari Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/01/13 at about 7PM when he was going to the his friend's house, in mean time two pet  dogs of  a person  bite him badly. ASI Santi Swaroop I/C of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No.15/13   dated 23/01/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Nand Lal  S/O Sh. Lekh Ram R/O Lohakhar P.O. Kapahi  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that he is owner of the Tractor No. (HP21A-3681) and a kewal Singh   is working as a driver. On 23/01/13 driver of the above said tractor   going  along with tractor  to unload the sand and when he reached near the curve at  Sarswati Vidya Mandir , in mean time the driver of the above said vehicle lost the control upon the  and fell  down from the road and he sustained injury. S.I. Madan Lal I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4        Case FIR No. 20/13 dated 22/01/13 U/S  21, 22 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Sh. Pradeep Kumar No. 11(Security  Branch Sarkaghat ) that on 22/01/13  at about 1:30PM  while he was  at Awah Devi,  in mean time  he recovered 140 Capsule of SPM-PRX and 11 bottle  of RC cough syrup(each bottle containing 100ml.) and 2 Mobile phone  from the possession of a person  from his bag.HC  Kuldeep kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5        Case FIR No. 16/13 dated 23/01/13  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Madan  Singh  S/O Sh.  Roop Singh  R/O Langesher P.O. Khazoor Tehsil Lad- Bharol Distt Mandi (HP) that during  the intervening night of 22/23-01-13  while he was coming  from the marriage, in mean time  a person R/O  Bhager came along with 2/3 persons and obstruct his way and beat him up . HC Mangat Ram  I/O of P.P. lad- Bharol  is investigating the case .

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENT ACT

6        Case FIR  No. 23/13  dated 23/1/13  U/S  279, 304 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the complaint of  Sh.  Kedar Singh  S/O Sh. Jeeva Nand  R/O  Riggar P.O. Rajgarh Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on 22/1/13   at about 8:30 PM  karam Singh S/O Sh. Devi Singh   R/O  Chakrahri who was  driving  his Scooter No. (HP33-6922) met with  an accident  near   Koyala Mata Temple  and died  at CHC Ratti. ASI karam Chand I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

7        Accused Gita Ram S/O Sh. Lekh Ram R/O Dashera P.S. Balh District Mandi (HP) has been arrested in Case FIR No 22/13 dated 22/1/13U/S 498(A), 306 IPC P.S. Balh on 22/1/13 at 11 PM  at Ratti by ASI Shamsher Singh I/O of P.S. Balh.

CHALLAN

8          135 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,700/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 7challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
