CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 10/13 dated 30/01/13  NDPS Act  has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by HC Chaman Lal No. 12 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that today he laid a nakka along with other police officials and he recovered 500 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of a person resident of Pehowa District Kuruskshetra, Haryana. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Chaman Lal No. 12. I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 09/13 dated 29/01/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Mohan Singh R/O Bhyari PO Rewari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/01/13 he along with Sh. Hans Raj were travelling by a M/Cycle (HP33B-6324) in the mean time a tata nano car (HP33T-9258) came from Baggi side very rashly and hit  their M/Cycle and they sustained injuries. HC Inder Dev No. 34 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 20/12 dated 29/01/13 U/S 452,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Rehmat Ali S/O Sh. Peer Baksh R/O Dinak Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/01/2013 he was working along with his brother in his courtyard, in the mean time three persons came there and  beat him up. HC Dharmender No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case. 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 20/13 dated 30/01/13 U/S 279,332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Atma Ram S/O Sh. Purbu Ram R/O VPO Chango Tehsil Yangthang Distt. Kinnaur (HP) that on 21/01/13 near Victoria bridge Mandi  a M/Cycle came from back side very rashly and hit his car. On this he asked him about this incident and in the mean time he beat up his wife. HC Raj Kumar No. 27 I.O. of Highway Patrol Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5. Case FIR No. 13/13 dated 30/01/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar that today he recovered 3750 ML illicit liquor from the possession of a person resident of VPO Chachiot under the jurisdiction of P.S. Gohar. HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

94 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,050/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 46  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 4700/- was recovered   during last 24 hours
