1 Case FIR No. 27/13 dated 26/01/13 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ghanshyam R/O Rajgarh P.S. Balh Distt. Mandi that on 26/01/13 at about 2:30 PM when he was going towards Baggi in his car and reached near Nalsar, in mean time a person obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Lal Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 16/13 dated 26/1/13 U/S447,341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Shakuntla W/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Gaddal P.O. Alathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 26/1/13 at about 6.00 PM when she was taking the grass for cattle's along with her brother –in-law ,in the mean time three persons along with a lady entered into her field and beat her up . HC Shiv Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF
3 Case FIR No. 17/13 dated 26/1/13 U/S 447, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the Complaint of Sh. Hem Raj S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Gaddal P.O. Alathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 26/1/13 at about 8PM his neighbour ,who were eleven in strength entered into his field and broke down the shed made by him. ASI Sawroon rup Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
101 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
