CASE OF NDPS ACT
1. Case FIR No. 23/13 dated 07/02/13 U/S 20, 29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by Insp. Amar Singh SHO of P.S. Jogindernagar that on 07/02/13 at about 07.30 PM he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Zimzima bifurcation on N.H. 21 and during the course of nakka he recovered 1.22 KG cannabis (charas) from the possession of Ranjeet Singh S/O Sh. Kirth Ram R/O VPO Sungal Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra (HP) and Ujwal Kumar S/O Sh. Payar Chand R/O Vill. Sornu PO Kamehar Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra (HP) . Inspr. Amar Singh SHO P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 16/13 dated 08/02/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Mansi Ram R/O Vill. Baryogi PO Ruhmani Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/02/13 at about 07.30 PM Jai Ram, Lal Singh and Hem Raj obstructed his way and beat him up. After some time Raj Kumar and Prem Kumr also came there and they also beat him up. HC Birbal Singh No. 72 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
3. Case FIR No. 43/13 dated 08/02/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkagaht on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Vill. Parsada PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 07-08/02/13 some unknown culprits stole away 15 sets of mobile phones, one computer with monitor and UPS, accessories of mobile repair and some cash. Approximately total value of stolen property is about Rs. 60,000/- Inspr. Bhadur Singh SHO P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 79 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
