CASE OF EXCISE ACT
- Case FIR No. 14/3 dated 25/02/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Deepak Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar that on 25/02/13 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Satramag and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Tara Chand S/O Late Sh. Nirthu Ram R/O vill. Satramag PO Batheri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Deepak Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT
- Case FIR No. 45/13 dated 25/02/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Mansa Ram JTO BW OP BSNL Sundernagar that some unknown culprits stole away 20 pairs having length of 300 mtrs. and 10 pairs having length of 250 mtrs. from Churadh having approximately value of Rs. 17,500/-. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF RASH & NEGLIGENT ACT
- Case FIR No. 46/13 dated 25/02/13 U/S 336,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chatar Singh S/O Sh. Tiharu Ram R/O Alsu PO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is working as foreman in Bhardwaj Electrical Company Dehar. On 25/02/13 at about 12.30 PM he was replacing an old electric pole at Dehar along with labourers Gorkhu Ram, Tek Chand, Om Prakash and foreman Bishan Dass switched off the supply of electricity but when they are working on the electricity pole, suddenly Gorkhu Ram got injured with electric current and he was declared brought dead at CH Sundernagar. HC Chaman Lal No. 895 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 57 challans were issued and fine of Rs.6000/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
