CASE OF NDPS ACT

 

1.      Case FIR No. 15/13 dated 05/02/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.P. Balichowki that on 05/02/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Burah Bhyali More (Turn), in the mean time a car (HP01K-2695) came from Balichowki side which was stopped for checking and during the course of checking 1 KG 400 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of three persons boarding above car. HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No. 14/13 dated 05/02/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut that on 05/02/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 36 bottles (27000 ML) of country liquor from the possession of three persons who were travelling by a car (HP01K-3420). ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

3.      CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

Case FIR No. 21/13 dated 06/01/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Swak Ram S/O Sh. Khimu Ram R/O Nehal PO Teban Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/02/13 an A/F car rolled down from the road near  Kotalu and out of four occupants one occupant died on the spot and other three occupants sustained injuries. ASI Shashi Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 15/13 dated 05/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Dek Ram S/O Sh. Udhami Ram R/O Vill. Narhali PO Gohar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/02/13 he along with other 8 persons were travelling by a HRTC bus (HP31-1598) and when said bus reached at Kohlu driver of said bus lost control over it and fell down about 15 feet downwards, all passengers sustained injuries. SI (Prob.) Nirmal Singh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRCTING WAY & HURT

5. Case FIR No. 32/12 dated 05/02/13 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Pankaj Kumar S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Vill. Dharta PO tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/02/13 he was going by his  M/Cycle (HP33C1082) near Pulgharat, in the mean an unknown vehicle came from Nerchowk side hit his M/Cycle and sped away from the spot and he sustained injuries. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

6. Case FIR No. 33/13 dated 05/02/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Surjeet Singh S/O Sh. Dalip Singh R/O Vill. Samkhetar PO Kuthera Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/02/13 near bus stand Mandi one person  obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

7. 17 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
