CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.    Case FIR No. 29/13 dated 10/02/13 U/S 451,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bhagat Ram S/O Sh. Gangu Ram R/O Nagarda PO KalohadTehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Nand Lal,  his son Sunil Kumar and water guard Gian Chand came in his courtyard and beat him up. HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

2.    Case FIR No. 18/13 dated 09/02/13 U/S 341,342,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Gayuar S/O Sh. Yusuf R/O Sultanpur PO Amerpur Tehsil bbudhana Distt. Muzaffarnagar (UP) that sold carpets on door to door in villages and on 09/02/13 at Dhar he was waiting for a bus towards Aut, in the mean time Ghanshyam asked him about purchasing of carpets and he purchased 7 carpets amounting to Rs. 2500/- and he called him inside the room and

  CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER FOREST ACT

3.    Case FIR No. 17/13 dated 09/02/13 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 41,42 I.F. Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Roshan Lal R/O Nachan Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/02/13 Sh. Joginder Singh B.O. Forest department laid a naak along with other officials of Forest Department and they recovered 10 sleepers of deodar (cedar) from a vehicle (HP32A-0338) which was driven by Diwan Chand who sped away from the spot. Approximately value of recovered forest produce is about Rs. 28000/-. HC Prabhakar Ram No. 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

4.    Case FIR No. 44/13 dated 09/02/13 U/S 451,323,427,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Pal Singh S/O Sh Sher Singh R/O Vill. Kachalli PO Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is working as salesman in a wine shop at Lower Ghanala. On 08/02/13 at about 08.30 PM Rakesh Kumar along with other two persons entered in wine shop and broke the bottles of wine and also beat him up. HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

5.    Case FIR No. 45/13 dated 09/02/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Om Prakash R/O Vill. Lower Ghanala PO and Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP) that Ajay Pal Singh beat him up. HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6.    Case FIR No. 24/13 dated 10/02/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol that he recovered 3000 ML country liquor from the possession of Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Jai Ram R/O Kothi PO Khadihar Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7.    Case FIR No. 25/13 dated 10/02/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol that he recovered 2250 ML country liquor from the possession of Praveen Kumar S/O Sh. Narender Kumar VPO Tullah Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

8.    91 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,500/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 7 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
