CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 50/13 dated 01/03/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dadaur and during the course of patrolling he recovered 150 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Pramod Kumar S/O Sh. Muni Lal R/O Vill. Kot PO Dodad Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu (HP). ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

2.     Case FIR No. 49/13 dated 28/02/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Hukam Chand Sharma, Branch Manager BSNL C/O Logistic Nalsar District Mandi (HP) that some unknown culprits stole away wire from BSNL Store at Nalsar. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3.     Case FIR No. 63/13 dated 28/02/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Amar Singh S/O Sh. Bansi Ram R/O Vill. Karnal PO Thauna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/02/13 at about 6 PM Veena Devi, Chandu Ram and Ramesh Chand obstructed his way along with his wife and also beat up them. HC Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

4.     Case FIR No. 64/13 dated 28/02/13 U/S 451,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Chandu Ram R/O Vill. Karnal PO Thauna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/02/13 at about 6 PM Prakash Chand, Nirmla Devi, Kanta Devi and Rajni Devi entered in the courtyard of Veena Devi and beat her up. HC Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.     Case FIR No. 65/13 dated 01/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Nathu Ram R/O Vill. Bassi PO and Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur (HP) that on 28/02/13 at about 10 PM a tipper (HP74-1677) met with an accident at Bandal and driver of said tipper sustained injuries. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6.     Case FIR No. 53/13 dated 28/02/13 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Slapper that on 28/02/13 at about 06.40 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dharli and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6750 ML country liquor from the possession of Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Vishwa Nath VPO Seri Kothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Brij Lal I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7.     Case FIR No. 54/13 dated 01/03/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 28/02/13 he received an information regarding an accident took place at Naal. On this he visited the spot and found that a car (HP31C-0768)had fell down from the road and two persons sustained injuries. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving by car driver Nag Raj S/O Sh. Naryan Singh R/O Thirdu PO Bayala Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

8.     52 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5650/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.800/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
