CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No.74/13 dated 16/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Kelashi Devi W/O Late Sh. M.L. Awasthi R/O H. NO. GA-II 31 Jail Road Mandi (HP) that on 16/03/13 she along with Smt. Durga were going to bazaar and when they reached near Jail Road Mandi, a M/Cycle (HP33C-1581) came from back side hit her, she sustained injuries and M/Cycle rider sped away from the spot. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 4 I.O. TTR Wing Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
2. Case FIR No. 26/13 dated 16/03/13 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Gurdev S/O Sh. Nokhu Ram R/O VPO Nandi Distt. Mandi that Bhadhar Singh S/O Sh. Dugla Ram VPO Nandi Beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Subhash Sinfh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3. 19 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 2900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
