CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

           

1. Case FIR No. 16/13 dated 16/03/13 U/S 452,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Guddu Ram S/O Late Sh. Lalu Ram R/O Vill. Kumarda PO Kuphari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/03/13 at about 11 PM Achhru Ram S/O Sh. Dagnu Ram resident of the same locality entered in his room and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2. Case of FIR No. 62/13 dated 15/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hari Singh S/O Sh. Nar Singh R/O Vill. Rada PO Meramasit Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/03/13 at about 8 PM when he reached at village Dharnda he saw that a M/Cycle (HP32A-1002 and an Indica Car (HP32A-0208) were collided on the road and two persons were lying in injured condition on the road and another local resident of also told him that his accident was happened due driver of car who was not present on the spot. SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

3. Case FIR No. 73/13 dated 15/03/13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Chand S/O Late Sh. Mast Ram R/O Vill. Bhatwar PO Sadyana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/03/13 at about 1 PM Diwan Chand R/O Bari Gumanu along with other three persons obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Sawarnroop Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar  Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

 

4. Case FIR No. 74/13 dated 15/03/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Vijaya Sharma, President G.P. Fatehpur Tehsil Sarkaghat DIST. Mandi that during the intervening night of 14-15/03/13 some unknown culprits stole away a computer along with its mouse,  keyboard & monitor and one No.  heater. ASI Om Prakash I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

5. 18 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 3200/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 1challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
