CASE OF MISCHIEF
1. Case FIR No. 24/13 dated 10/03/13 U/S 435 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tulsi Ram @ Tula Ram R/O Matyoda PO M.D. Galu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that grass stored by the complaint near his cowshed was set on fire on 08/03/13 at about 9 PM by some unknown culprits. ASI Nanak Ram I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT
2. Case FIR No. 24/13 dated 10/03/13 U/S 379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Jai Singh S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Vill. Mandir Tanda PO Dhaban Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi at present R.M. BSNL Gohar that during the intervening night of 09-10/03/13 some unknown culprits stole away 20 pairs of cable having 1850 meters length & 10 pairs of cable having about 200 meters length between Gadhiman to Devdhar and 20 pairs having about 500 meters length and 10 pairs having about 200 meters length were stolen away from Gadhiman. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3. 27 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 3550/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs.300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
