CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
- Case FIR No. 56/13 dated 14/03/13 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Bhup Singh R/O Vill. Mashyani PO Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Khem Singh and his son Bablu R/O Ropri obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
- Case FIR No. 72/13 dated 14/03/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 14/03/13 a bus (HP69-0275) and a car (HP65-3373) collided due to rash and negligent driving by the drivers of both vehicles. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE UNDER SC/ST ACT AND INTIMIDATION
- Case FIR No. 47/13 dated 15/03/13 U/S 3 of SC/ST Act and U/S 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the written complaint of Smt. Savitri Devi W/O Late Sh. Dhania R/O Tikri Bushera PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogidnernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that her neighbour Rekha Devi W/O Sh. Goverdhan R/O Tikri Bushera PO Chauntra abused her and also called her by caste.
CHALLAN
4. 14 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 1700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
