CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.     Case FIR No.42/13 dated 09/03/13  U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. Jogndernagar by ASI Thakru Ram Incharge Police Post Ghatta that today he laid nakka along with other police officials and during the course of nakka he checked a HRTC  bus (HP53-4062) and recovered 150 Gram cannabis(charas) from the possession of Aman Digra S/O Sh. Joginder Dogra VPO Arki Distt. Solan (HP). ASI Thakru Ram Incharge Police Post Ghatta is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF NDPS ACT

2.     Case FIR No. 43/13 dated 09/03/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Dola Ram I.O. of P.P. Ghatta that today he along with other police officials of Police Post Ghatta laid a nakka near Ghatta and during the course of nakka he checked a HRTC Bus (HP53-4062) and recovered 110 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Paras Awasthi S/O Sh. Chader Prakash R/O Vill. Manoh PO Bassi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). HC Dola Ram I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF MISCHIEFAND CRIMININAL INTIMIDATION

3.     Case FIR No. 41/13 dated 08/03/13 U/S 427,  506,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the  complaint  of Sh. Rakesh Chauhan  S/O Sh.  Thakur Singh  R/O Jhalwan P.O. Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 08/03/13 at about  4.15PM Mohammad Raffique S/O  Sh. Hamid  R/O Dhelu  Distt. Mandi (H.P) threw  bricks  and damaged the electronics articles of  M/S Thakur Enterprises and also abused him  and threatened with dire consequence. ASI  Satpal I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4.     Case FIR No.23/13 dated 8/03/13 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered  in P.S. BSL  Colony on the complaint of  Sh. Bhim Shen S/O Sh. Bhup Singh  R/O Jawala P.O. Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  08/03/13 at about 5.30 PM  he was playing cricket along with his friend in mean time  Manoj Kumar S/O Sh.  Nand Lal  R/O Jawala obstructed his way and beat him up.  ASI Ranjeet Kumar I/O of P.S.  BSL Colony is investigating  the case.

 

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT , RIOTING, EXTORTION  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5.     Case FIR No 68/13 dated 09/03/13 U/S 451,323,147,148,149, 383,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Singh S/O Sh. Sher Singh VPO Binga Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) that on 08/03/13 at about 11 PM Vikky, Bunty, Sunny, Shashi ,Ravi and Dhobi Devi entered into the   courtyard  of his house  and beat him up  and  also  threaten with dire consequence.  HC Jagdish Chand No. 43 I/O of  PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR No. 24/13 dated 09/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Milap Chand VPO Nagwain Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/03/13 his brother Sh.  Kapil Sharma and Sh. Rajedner Prasad were going towards Nagwain by maruti car (HP34C-4300) which was driven by Sh. Rajender Prasad and when said car reached at Chunja More, a tractor (HP66-1498) came from Panarsa side very rashly and hit their car and they sustained injuries. ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

7.      37 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
