1. Case FIR No. 19/13 dated 26/03/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Pushap Raj S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Vill. Megal PO Bijni Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/03/13 at about 03.45 PM Narender Kumar and Shiv Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Padhar is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 20/13 dated 27/03/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Narender Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Chand R/O Vill. Megal PO Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/03/13 at about 03.30 PM Pushap Raj S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Vill. Megal PO Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 64/13 dated 26/03/13 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Salman S/O Sh. Sadik Mohammad R/O VPO Nerchowk Distt. Mandi that on 26/03/13 Kamal Kishore and Nitesh Kumar entered n his courtyard and beat him and he sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 65/13 dated 26/03/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Sharma S/O Sh. Birbal Sharma R/O VPO Behna Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/03/13 Roop Lal, Yog Raj and Manish Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Vijay Singh No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER FOREST ACT

5. Case FIR No. 66/13 dated 26/03/13 U/S 379 IPC and U/S 32,33 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kartar Singh Forest Guard Kot Beat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/03/13 some unknown persons cut down the three trees of deodar (cedar) from Kot Forest and stole away. Approximately cost of stolen property is about Rs. 2,99,592/-.

6. Case FIR No. 67/13 dated 26/03/13 U/S 279 IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O VPO Behna Distt. Mandi that on 26/03/13 he was going by his car and when he reached near Dilu Chowk Gagal, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP33B-7506) came from Gagal side and struck with his car. ASI Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

7. Case FIR No. 82/13 dated 26/03/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Surjeet Singh @ Sonu S/O Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/O H. No. 113/3 Jai Road Mandi that on 26/03/13 at about 02.45 PM he was working in his shop, in the mean time Billu and his friend Praveen R/O Bohra Bazaar Mandi called him and beat him up. HC Nand Lal No. 892 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

8.      Case FIR No. 81/13 dated 26/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Rafeeq S/O Sh. Yusuf R/O Vill. Hatoun PO Shivabadar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 26/03/13 at about 12.45 PM Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that at Kenchi More a M/Cycle rider namely Kanwanljeet Singh @ Sunny S/O Sh. Bhagwan Singh R/O Sultanvir Road Hawapura came by a M/Cycle (PB02BR-6698) very rashly and negligently from Kullu side hit to his nephew Akhtar Ali and he sustained injuries. HC Krishan Kumar No. 900 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

9.      Case FIR No. 57/13 dated 26/03/13 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Late Sh. Chanu Ram R/O Khaitru PO Sainthal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Rajinder Kumar S/O Sh. Meshwar Singh, Vinay Kumar S/O Sh. Rajinder Kumar, Akshya Kumar S/O Sh. Rajinder Kumar and Pratap Singh S/O Sh. Bali Ram entered in his courtyard and beat him up. ASI Thakru Ram I/C P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

10.  Case FIR No. 58/13 dated 27/03/13  U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Singh S/O Sh. Badan Singh R/O Vill. Kochhu PO Ghamiru Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/03/13 at about 4 PM Sansar Chand S/O Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O Vill. Kochhu PO Ghamiru Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP), Reena Devi @ Rinu W/O Sh. Sansar Chand R/O Vill. Kochhu PO Ghamiru Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

11.  Case FIR No. 55/13 dated 26/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Dayal Singh R/O Paranjari PO Katli Tehsil Hiranagar Distt. Kathua (J&K) that he was crossing the road at Luxmi Bazaar Jogindernagar, in the mean time a car having white colour and without registration number came there and hit him and went towards Mandi side very rashly. & negligently. ASI Govind Paul Incharge Highway Patrol is investigating the case.

12.  63 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,800/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
