CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1. Case FIR No. 55/13 dated 06/03/13 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Brij Lal I/C P.P. Slapper that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Karyalti Nala near Patwara and during the course of patrolling he recovered 99000 ML (11 cartons) of country liquor from the possession of Bhim Dass @ Bhimu S/O Sh. Dharam Dass R/O Riyun Tehsil Sundenragar Distt. Mandi (HP) and Dina Nath resident of vill. Panol Tehsil Sundernagar Dist. Mandi (HP). ASI Brij Lal I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2. 86 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
