CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 23/13 dated 03/03/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh I.O.of P.S. Gohar that on 03/03/13 at about 7 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Khalut Mod, in the mean time a person came from Kharsi side and on suspicion his  search was carried out and during the course of his personal search he recovered 3 KG  250 Gram cannabis (charas) from his possession. ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2.      Case FIR No. 64/13 dated 03/03/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Netar Singh R/O Vill. Manyana PO Tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/03/13 at about 09.20 PM Chattar Singh Sain S/O Sh. Hem Singh, Ishant Sain S/O Sh. Chattar Singh, Chinku D/O Sh. Chattar Singh and his wife obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 66/13 dated 03/03/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Laskari Ram R/O Lukanu PO Khalardu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/03/13 at about 7 PM he was going from Sarkaghat to his home and on the way Jagat Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. SI Reeta Sharma I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4.      Case FIR No. 67/13 dated 04/03/13 U/S 279,337, 304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Jagdish Chand No. 43 I.O. of P.P. Dharampur that on 03/03/13 he received an information that at Galu Chanauta a car (HP28C-0109) fell down from the road about 150 feet down ward and driver of said vehicle Sh. Ajay Kumar  S/O Sh. Prem Singh died on the spot and other two occupants of said vehicle namely Sh. Krishan Chand and Sh. Acchhar Singh sustained injuries. HC Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

5.      Case FIR No. 52/13 dated 03/03/13 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kapil Sain S/O Sh. Tek Chand Sain that some unknown culprits stole away front glass and side window glass from Bolero jeep having approximately cost of Rs. 25000/-. ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

6.      26 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 2000/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
