CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, ASSAULT AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 76/13 dated 23/03/13 U/S 341,355,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of SH. Nardev Kumar S/O Sh. Bansi Lal R/O Vill. Dhar PO Darpa Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/03/13 Kamlesh Negi and Santosh Kumar obstructed his way and caught him from his neck and also abused to him. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 78/13 dated 24/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC and 185 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Sawaran Roop Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 23/03/13 at about 11.25 PM he received information about a accident took place at 7 mile and when he reached on the spot he found that a M/Cycle (HP22-3608) was lying on the road and this accident was took place due to rash & negligent riding by the rider of above M/Cycle. ASI Swaran Roop Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No. 79/13 dated 24/03/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Gauri Prasad S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Dhiu PO Bir Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that that today he was going by a Volvo by (DL-1PC-4602) and when he reached at 7 mile, in the mean time a new Prem Bus (HP68A-0107) came from Manali side very rashly and negligently and struck with Volvo bus in which he was traveling. HC Manohar Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No. 62/13 dated 23/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Durga Dass R/O Vill. Geha PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/03/13 he was travelling by a HRTC bus (HP25A-0556) which was bounded from Rekong Peo to Manali and when said bus reached at Chakkar, in the mean time a scooty (A/F) came from Mandi side very rashly and negligently and struck with said bus and sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
5. 58 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
