CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 56/13 dated 07/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sant Ram @ Arjun S/O Sh. Tota Ram R/O Salah H. No. 269/4 PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/03/13 he was going to his home by his car (HP31C-6022) and when he reached near Hamsafar Hotel Chowk, in the mean time a car (HP33T-9298) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and hit his car and also hit a M/Cycle (HP31A-4392) and sped away from the spot. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I. O. of P.S. Sundenrnagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
2. Case FIR No. 54/13 dated 07/03/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Puran Chand VPO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Dheeraj Kumar and Gopal R/O Ratti obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No. 40/13 dated 07/03/13 U/S 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Budhi Singh S/O Sh.Bhokhi Ram R/O Vill. Ner Gharbasra PO Majharnoo Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/03/13 Devi Singh S/O Sh. Karam Dass R/O Mohal Bung Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) threatened to him on his mobile. ASI Ishwari Prasad I/C P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

4. 74 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7850/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
