CASE OF HURT & INTIMIDATION

 

1. Case FIR No. 59/13 dated 28/03/13 U/S 324,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Sh. Kanaktu Ram R/O VPO Drubbal Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 27/03/13 his daughter-in-law beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 58 I.O. of P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2. Case FIR No. 69/13 dated 28/03/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ganni S/O Sh. Noor Mahi R/O Honda PO Thathri Tehsil Gandoh Distt. Doda (J&K) that he is working as labourer with contractor Sabbir at Slapper. Today he was coming from Slapper to Sundernagar along with Noor Husain, Mohammad Aub and Talib Hussain and when they reached at Cinema Chowk Sundernagar, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP33A-5413) came from Lalit Chowk side very rashly and hit to Noor Hussain S/O Sh. Mohammad Saffi R/O Manoh PO Chilli Tehsil Gandoh Distt. Doda (J&K). HC Khem Chand No. 47 I.O. of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

3. 139 challans were issued and fine of Rs.20,600/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 4  challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
