CASE OF GESTURE/ACT INTENDED TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF A WOMAN AND INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 38/13 dated 07/03/13 U/S 509,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sarita Devi W/O Sh. Jagdish Chand Rangra R/O Vill. Bara Thana PO Panjalag Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) acting as Pradhan Mahila Mandal that on 06/03/13 demarcation of land was going at village Bara Thana in the presence of Tehsildar and police officials, in the mean time Bharevtu Ram S/O Sh. Narain Singh R/O Vill. Khanordi Bada Thana PO Panjalag came there and started to use filthy language to the members of Mhila Mandal. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 39/13 dated 07/03/13 U/S 447,341,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Madan  Lal S/O Late Sh. Puran Chand R/O VPO Tullah Distt. Mandi (HP) that Fagnu Ram S/O Budhu Ram has constructed house on the land of complainant without taking his consent. On 06/03/13 at about 4 PM Fagnu Ram,  Brahmi Devi W/O Fagnu Ram and Deep Chand obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

3.      65 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7500/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
