CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 37/13 dated 04/03/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dina Nath S/O Sh. Dhnugu Ram R/O Vill. Bhalendra PO Bassi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is posted as English Teacher in GSSS Tulah since 8 years. On 04/03/13 examination of English subject of 10+2 class was going on at GSSS Tulah and at about 10.30 AM Principal of GSSS Tulah  Shyam Singh, Drawing Teacher Deepak Chauhan, Mathematics teacher Sh. Ajay Kumar and Economics teacher Arjun Singh came to him and told that being examination of  English subject to assist the students by providing them cheating but he refused their proposal and they all beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Mangat Ram No. 898 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.

2.      Case FIR No. 53/13 dated 04/02/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Hema Devi W/O Sh. Narpat Ram VPO Taroh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Sher Singh VPO Taroh obstructed her way and beat her up. SI (prob.) Munesh Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF MISAPPROPRIATION, CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST, CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 65/13 dated 04/03/13 U/S 403, 406, 420, 423, 463, 464,465,467,468,471,503 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Smt. Gagandeep Kaur W/O Sh. Gurseb Singh R/O Shri Krishna Nagar Rani-Ki-Bain PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she had made a deal amounting to Rs. 1, 50,0000/- but above mentioned industry didn't retuned her money back within stipulated period and said company cheated her by taking her signature on blank papers. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 29/13 dated 04/03/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Prem Lal S/O Sh. Brikam Ram R/O Vill. Khil PO Dharmod Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 04/03/13  Nokh Ram S/O Sh. Laxmu Ram R/O Bagra and Chet Ram S/O Sh. Delu Ram R/O Shasdod obstructed his wan and beat him up.  HC Tej Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

5.      52 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 4400/-   was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
